  • Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe

  • Ensure any materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

5. Revisions and approvals

  • Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the project scope.

  • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be chargeable.

  • Once content is approved or published, further changes may require a new scope or fee.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Upon full payment, you are granted the right to use the final delivered content for its intended purpose.

  • Square Eyes Productions retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.

All underlying methods, processes, templates, and systems remain the intellectual property of Square Eyes Productions.

7. AI-generated content

Where AI-generated content is used (including AI avatars or AI video clones):

  • Content is created based on scripts, inputs, and approvals provided by the client.

  • We are not responsible for misuse of AI-generated content outside the agreed scope.

  • Responsibility for regulatory or compliance approval of final content remains with the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or profits.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or other matters that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any agreed notice periods or minimum terms.

Any work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

11. Third-party services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or software to deliver services. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
